Process Serving is the formal delivery of legal documents—such as Statements of Claim, Applications, Subpoenas, and Notices—to individuals or entities involved in a legal matter. This critical step ensures all parties are properly notified and given an opportunity to respond, as required by law. In Ontario, Process Serving must be completed in accordance with court rules, including specific timelines and methods of service, to be legally valid.
Document filing, searches and retrieval can largely be completed online today, but on occasion it may be necessary or advantageous to attend the court in person. Our Court Running service saves you the time and complication of navigating the court service counters and ensures you are represented by a knowledgeable and seasoned professional focused on completing your task as efficiently as possible.
