Our base rate of $70.00 includes all of the following,
- Up to two serves per address with commissioned Affidavits of Service (or notarized for a fee)
- Up to two attempts per address
- 20 km of roundtrip travel*
- 20 single-sided pages of printing
- Regular postage if original Affidavit of Service is required
- Regular updates, personally provided by your Process Server, so you always know the status of your service request
Other charges: Additional attempts, travel, or prints are subject to the following fees:
- A third or more attempts, $25.00 per attempt, (Clients may stipulate a maximum number of attempts, but we suggest a good faith effort to serve a party consists of at least five attempts.)
- A third or more parties served at the same address- $30.00 each
- Travel above the included 20 km, $0.70 (cents) per kilometer*
- Printing above the included 20 pages, $0.30 (cents) per page
- Waiting at an address for a party to be served, $100.00 per hour (at client's direction)
- Same day rush fee -$50.00
Terms of Payment, Discounts and Service Agreements
- We’re pleased to offer credit terms to Canadian law offices. For all other clients, a $150 retainer is required.
- Submit five or more service orders within 24 hours—any combination qualifies—and receive 10% off each.
- Looking for added convenience? Ask about our flexible service agreements to streamline your workflow, reduce costs, and simplify invoicing.
Other Services
Court Runs
- First hour or part thereof for court attendance $100.00
- Additional 15 minute periods of wait/business time at the court, $25.00
- Travel $0.70 (cents) per kilometer
- Court costs - Canadian law offices may opt to have court fees billed with an additional 10% service fee, or advance funds when ordering service. Other clients are required to advance the full court fee(s)
- Rush fee is $50.00 in addition to above
- Regular updates, so you always know the status of your service request
Skip Tracing
- The basic fee for a digital (online) skip trace is $75.00.
- Personal investigation and travel fees can be customized on a case by case basis
Occupancy Check
- A report summarizing the state of a property, (documented with photographs or video), occupancy, and usage - $100.00
- Travel $0.70 (cents) per kilometer
- Printing $0.30 (cents) per page
- Same day rush fee -$50.00
